MAX FIT WORKOUT SERIES: KICK- UPS EXERCISE A great workout for your whole body. It works on your quads, hamstrings and calves and tones your upper body. • From fight stance position. • Lift right leg up. • Leg must be as straight as possible and pass the athletes belly button. • Kick at maximum speed and get as many as you can. • Perform as many right kick ups until half time. • Place the right foot down and switch to the left. • Perform as many left kick ups for the rest of the round.
