
30 Min BEGINNER FULL BODY KETTLEBELL (Vocal Instructions) No repeats | All Standing workout
Hello Beginners! Join me for a all standing full body workout created just for you guys. The aim of this workout is to strengthen and tone the whole body using kettlebells. I will be guiding you through every exercise with vocal instructions and exercise tips, take it slow and focus on your form throughout the 30 minute workout. No repeats in this workout, so you can learn different movements with the kettlebells.💪🏼 You might feel like 60 seconds of working time is long, however this is so you can take it at your own pace and focus on technique rather than pumping the reps out. Why not try recording yourself whilst working out or check you exercise form in a mirror. If you are new to weight workouts please choose a light weight until you are confident your technique is right.
