First Reading: Acts 8: 1b-8 Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 66: 1-3a, 4-5, 6-7a Alleluia: John 6: 40 Gospel: John 6: 35-40 It is God’s will to dwell among His people, and His desire is for us to hunger for the eternal life. Jesus’ words are a guarantee that He will never allow any soul that is committed to Him to be lost and cast away. May we find ourselves craving for Christ to fill the emptiness in our conscience, our hearts, and affections. This is the 1109th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.
