If you are dealing with medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow), we have a great series of videos coming your way! First, understand that you don't have to be a golfer to develop "golfer's elbow." In fact, almost any sport or recreational activity that requires high degrees of force production at fast speeds can play a role. It's possible to develop medial epicondylitis from tennis, golf, throwing sports, occupational activities, etc. What is critical to understand is that when dealing with elbow issues, it is almost NEVER only about the elbow. So, in today's video we're going to show you a fast, targeted method for improving spinal mobility that is essential in elbow pain rehabilitation.
